Emma Davies, Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner in Pain Management, Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board in Wales lead a practical session using case studies about dealing with chronic pain in structured medication reviews, following our update from Roger Knaggs in 2021 about the technical aspects of the new NICE guidance on Chronic Pain.
Emma was a guideline committee member on the upcoming NICE guidance on Medicines associated with dependence or withdrawal symptoms: safe prescribing and withdrawal management for adults.
