Structured Medication Review

On 27th July, we welcomed Professor Nina Barnett, Consultant Pharmacist for Older People, who presented a webinar describing the key features of the Structured Medication Review within the Primary Care Network Contract DES.
Nina discussed the tools available to support clinical review and outline frameworks for conversations which allow person-centred care to be delivered and shared decision making to be incorporated into the Structured Medication Review.
The webinar included aspects on how this might need to be modified for remote consultations.
The presentation was followed by a Q & A session.
