After your likely summer staycations we continued to make you “Stop, Think & Re-focus” in readiness for starting Structured Medication Reviews starting in October.
On 16th September, Karen Homan, PrescQIPP’s Associate Director of Medicines Optimisation talked us through how to best use and direct others to the excellent PrescQIPP Polypharmacy and Deprescribing resources.
We then heard from the true inspiration that is Lelly Oboh, Consultant Pharmacist, Older People, Guys & St Thomas’ London about how you and your patients can get the most from SMRs.
The presentation was followed by a Q & A session.
